Guidelines for Garrison Mill FEAST Clubs

 

We're glad you're interested in FEAST, which stands for Foundation Enrichment After School Time. Clubs.

 

FEAST is brought to you buy the Garrison Mill Education Foundation, a volunteer, 501(c)(3) organization that supports STEAM activities at our school.

 

Note the following FEAST Club guidelines.

 

  • All Garrison Mill students are eligible to participate in these after-school activities.
  • Program fees are determined by the teachers and external club providers.
  • 15% of the tuition cost from FEAST club is donated to the Garrison Mill Education
  • Foundation.
  • Donations fund the Garrison Mill STEM Lab and its full-time instructor, supporting parapro, teacher grants, STEAM activities, capital improvements and more.
  • Registration for teacher-led clubs starts Thursday, July 31, 2025, during Family Orientation Day and runs through Monday, Aug. 11. Space is limited. Note: Some external club providers already have opened their registration.
  • Please make sure that your child’s Go Safe dismissal on ParentVue notes the day, time and club that your child will attend.
  • Garrison Mill late pick-up policy: Students will be sent to ASP if they are not picked up within 10 min after the FEAST class ends. (ASP fees: $10 per day; $20 Registration Fee).
  • Inclement weather policy: If school is canceled or closes during the day for inclement weather, FEAST classes will be canceled. There will be no make-up classes or refunds.
  •  All Cobb County School District student conduct policies, as described in the student handbook, apply to students while participating in FEAST Programs. Inappropriate behavior may result in a student's suspension or withdrawal from FEAST Programs. No refunds of FEAST fees will be provided if a student is withdrawn from FEAST for violations of the student code of conduct.
