STEAM-a-Palooza: Rewarding Participation AND Fundraising! 

STEAM-a-Palooza rewards the entire school for participating. 

Participating - by voting for which teachers will go in the helicopter on Greyhound Night or by donating ANY amount, even $1 - helps every student and every class. When you participate, the more fun rewards your class could earn - toy day, pajama day, extra recess and even a popsicle party!

STEAM-a-Palooza is also a fundraiser by the Garrison Mill Education Foundation to help raise contributions for more STEAM experiences - science, technology, engineering, arts and math.

Here's one exciting fundraising reward: The grade level that earns the most money during STEAM-a-Palooza wins a $150 gift card for every homeroom teacher in that grade to spend on the class!

And when Garrison Mill hits certain fundraising levels, the whole school gets rewarded!

For instance, if we hit our fundraising goal of $50,000 for STEAM activities, students get to vote on a silly costumer that Ms. Martin and Ms. Harrison will wear for an entire day - like a penguin, polar bear, capybara or even a pink axoltyl!
